Shipping
The shipping of our products will be processed from our warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand. We offer two forwarding options;
- Courier via our strategic partner, TNT (one of the world's leading courier companies), or
- Air express via EMS by Thailand Post
You can choose either of these options when making an online transaction.
Another option is available for those who have a pre-existing account with a major courier company, such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL. If you wish to use your own courier company please provide us with the necessary details (membership number) and we will arrange for your order to be sent via the courier of your choice.
For bulk purchase, we can also use sea forwarding upon your request. Every product is carefully inspected before it is packed and sent to ensure it is free of defects. When your order is processed you will receive an email with the TNT/EMS airways bill number of your cargo.
We strive to process orders within 24 hours of their receipt (items not in stock can usually be obtained within 3-10 days) and delivery normally takes 3-10 days depending on the destination. If your order can only be partly fulfilled, we will e-mail you to request your instructions on whether to wait for the full order or send the partial order. We will never charge you for any item until it is available, processed, and shipped. Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product and would like to return it, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving the product. All damaged and/or unsatisfactory items should be returned to us in full. You will be responsible for shipping and other handling charges, as well as taxes and tariffs from your side.
